CIME-P
CIME-P is a non-profit organization providing multi-project wafer (MPW) manufacturing services in integrated circuits, ICs, Si-Photonics, 3D-ICs and MEMS, Smart Power, for prototyping and low volume production.
CIME-P enables the fabrication of prototypes using industrial processes at highly attractive costs and offers extensive technical expertise in delivering MPW and related services. In cooperation with semiconductor foundries, CIME-P can manage low-volume production, ranging from a few dozen to several thousand pieces. Typically, chips are not tested and can be delivered packaged or unpackaged.
Advanced industrial technologies are available in CMOS, SiGe BiCMOS, HV-CMOS, SOI, MEMS, 3D-IC, Si-Photonics, NVM, and more. CIME-P provides design rules and standard cell libraries for each specific software tool (design kits) free of charge and supports various CAD software tools.
